In ORKASI, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied. If something isn’t quite right, you have 12 business days to return, less %5 handling fee .
Once your package reaches us, please allow 14 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
Handling fee charge will be deducted from your refund. ORKASI will process your refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is received in a new condition and provided the return conditions specified below are met.
We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-14 business days.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
When your return has been accepted, your refund or exchange will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
Important: We do not accept liability for goods returned using any method other than one of our approved returns services.
Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything ORKASI reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
Please pack your ORKASI item in the original packaging (we try to keep waste to a minimum, so please consider the environment and re-use our packaging as much you can). taped securely.
